Economic Security Initiative

AARIN emphasizes the importance of economic security among low-income Asian Americans. While developing financial education curriculums to increase self-sufficiencies for Asian Americans, AARIN is supporting to collect needs and issues about economic challenges.

AARIN supported Korean American Civic Empowerment (KACE) to analyze the survey about the COVID-19 impact among Korean Americans in NY & NJ.

Information & Dissemination Initiative

AARIN highlights the importance of information and resource sharing.
AARIN provides places for researchers, community-based organizations, and community stakeholders and members, so they can addresses any issues and needs as well as guidelines and advices each other.

K-Forum WISE

The goal of K-Forum WISE is to transfer research-based knowledge into applicable information in everyday life for Korean Americans/immigrants whose first language is Korean in culturally accessible ways. Monthly K-Forum WISE aims at improving Korean Americans/immigrants’ wellbeing through educating the community about various health, mental health, and social issues as well as services using research-based information.
