Dr. Eun Koh is an associate professor at The Catholic University of America School of Social Service. She also serves as a director of the Center for the Advancement of Children, Youth and Families. Dr. Koh earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the Seoul National University in Korea, and Master of Social Work and Ph.D from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Her main areas of research are in children and family services and policies, and the well-being of racial and/or ethnic minorities, particularly Asian immigrants. Dr. Koh is a strong advocate of translational research that can lead to evidence-informed practices and policies. She values the collaboration among multiple stakeholders, including the population affected and the agencies serving the targeted population. She has extensive research experiences, including program evaluations, in collaboration with local and state social service agencies.
